This is up there in importance for us older folks. Heart and lung health as well as balanced body mind chemistry. It doesn't have to be complicated. Anything that gets your heart rate up is desirable.

Running your first marathon is a great goal. If you are first starting out walking is a great form of cardio. To be continued...
